In accordance with state and federal record retention guidelines, Community of Peace Academy will be securely disposing of student special education records and other educational records that are no longer required to be maintained. These records may include documents for students who have graduated, transferred, or otherwise exited the school more than 7 years ago.
If your child attended Community of Peace Academy and you wish to obtain these records before they are destroyed, please contact (Katy Sanchez, District Office Manager, (651) 280-4590, katys@cpapk12.org) by August 8th, 2025. After this date, all applicable records will be permanently destroyed in a secure manner.
This notice serves to ensure that former students and their families have an opportunity to claim these records if desired.
